With over two decades of experience leading high-risk, highly regulated operations, Jacob brings an unmatched level of precision, discipline, and accountability to the automotive and property enhancement industry.

Before launching Shine Theory, Jacob built his career in aviation leadership, maintenance, and quality control—serving in senior roles responsible for safety management systems, regulatory compliance, technical operations, and team development across military, government, and commercial environments. His background demanded zero-margin-for-error performance, strict adherence to regulations, and consistent execution under pressure—principles that now define the Shine Theory approach.
